Breast augmentation surgery is among the most common of all plastic surgeries. One option is to consider going with saline. While this still involves putting in an implant with a silicone shell, the inside is filled with a safe saline solution which can be absorbed into the body should there be a rupture. There have been experiments with other natural organic breast implants, but so far none of them have been entirely successful, and many have been pulled off the market.

The purpose of the stem cells is to aid the transferred fat in developing its own blood supply. This helps it to integrate seamlessly into the breast tissue and thus survive.

Safe Breast Implants

Breast implants are among the most common implants which are used in plastic surgery, and breast augmentation is also one of the most popular procedures. There are many women who can benefit from breast implants, whether for purely cosmetic reasons or for the purposes of reconstruction following trauma. Either way, liquid silicone breast implants have gained a dubious reputation. They were briefly recalled from the market, but later re-introduced. This kind of augmentation is the most natural technique available today.
